**Job Description**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing product information and recommendations to customers
* Handling customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex promotions and offerings

**Requirements**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
