**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs)
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
