**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering telephone calls with a smile in your voice and providing exceptional customer service
* Taking customer menu orders, explaining special offers, and suggestive selling additional items
* Entering orders accurately in our Point of Sale (POS) system
* Greeting Carry-Out customers and ensuring a seamless experience
* Assisting with all cleaning and restaurant maintenance duties as needed
* Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
