**Job Summary**

**Requirements**
* **Previous Experience**: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms.
* **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
