**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
