As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience, resulting in increased customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities * Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of careerzynith products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service * Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers * Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data * Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities * Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with careerzynith products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports * Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Bilingual is preferred but not required * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment * Experience with CRM software and other customer-facing systems * Knowledge of industry-specific products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
