**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and providing expert product knowledge to customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns

* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
