**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a proactive and empathetic manner
* Utilize careerzynith's customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell careerzynith's services and solutions to clients
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
