**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, providing them with accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with physician orders. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate effectively with patients via inbound and outbound manual calls, as well as outbound calls generated via our automated dialer system
* Assess patient needs for additional products and services, and provide recommendations accordingly
* Verify patient compliance with physician orders and address any concerns or issues that may arise
* Provide accurate information and education to patients regarding our products and services
* Document calls in our computerized record-keeping system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Enter customer orders into our computerized system, ensuring timely and efficient processing
* Verify and update demographic information, such as address and telephone number, in our computerized records
* Read and analyze documents, such as patient orders, to ensure accurate processing
* Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology and apply this knowledge to provide exceptional patient care
* Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
* Participate in the training of new employees, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure seamless onboarding
* Calculate figures and amounts related to frequency and doses dispensed, ensuring accurate billing and processing
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
* One to three months of related experience and/or training in a customer service or healthcare setting
* Proficiency in computer entry and data management
* Ability to meet any licensing requirements necessary for the specific location
