As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key priorities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied. * Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that's free from clutter and hazards, making it easy for customers to navigate and find what they need. * Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting it from the stockroom to the sales floor. * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers. * Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any concerns or issues that may arise. * Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation. **Position Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, as well as the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Retail experience is preferred, but not required.
