Your key priorities will include: * Greeting customers in a positive and approachable manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our stores * Assisting customers with the selection of merchandise, answering questions, and providing product information * Completing transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system * Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment * Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation **Position Requirements** * Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Retail experience is preferred, but not required. If you have experience working in hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, we encourage you to apply. * Physical Requirements: You should be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height.
