Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable using computers and customer-facing software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
