**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences to our customers, handling their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide friendly and personalized support to all internal and external customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of our organization, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
* Offer exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use baggage or cargo services, by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Handle various aspects of check-in and baggage processing, including operating an electronic check-in system, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues.
* Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets.
* Process transactions, make change, and balance daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Inspect baggage and cargo, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging customers, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting on a case-by-case basis.
* Manage situations involving oversold, delayed, or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, and resolve such issues promptly and in accordance with arenaflex's policies.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, make change, and balance transactions accurately.
* Familiarity with electronic check-in systems and baggage handling processes a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
* Knowledge of arenaflex's policies and procedures, or a willingness to learn and adapt to our systems and processes.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
