**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative APAC (Remote, Contract), you'll play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services they receive and to identify areas for improvement. You'll work closely with internal subject matter experts, collaborate with the Sales team, and leverage your expertise to deliver campaign leads and drive account growth.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Develop and maintain relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success and drive long-term growth
* Serve as a trusted advisor for our clients, providing expert guidance on arenaflex offerings and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences
* Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads and ensure clients are satisfied with the outcome
* Work closely with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects
* Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and other recommendations to drive client success
* Accountable for post-sale account management, driving account growth through exceptional customer service, delivery, communication, and onboarding
**Key Qualifications**
* Minimum two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience, preferably in a demand generation or lead generation environment
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage 30+ clients at once, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, with a strong focus on problem resolution and issue escalation
* Strong problem resolution skills, with a proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues and drive resolution
* Comfortable using and learning software, including MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, and other tools
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues
