**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our clients' trips, from air and hotel bookings to car rentals, theme park tickets, and event tickets. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every client has an amazing vacation experience. With a focus on customer service, you'll develop strong relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized recommendations and expert advice to make their travel dreams a reality.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research destinations, weather, customs, and special activities to provide clients with unparalleled value and expertise
* Book travel plans, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities, while leveraging wholesale pricing to get the best deals for our clients
* Develop strong relationships with clients to gather information, book travel, and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after their vacation
* Maintain accurate client records to ensure seamless repeat business and referrals
* Participate in daily trainings to stay up-to-date on new products, destinations, and specials, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
* Must be willing to learn and be coachable
* Must be self-motivated and passionate about helping others
* Open to and comfortable with various social media platforms
* Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (sales or customer service background a plus but not required)
* Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
* Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in sales or customer service
* Familiarity with the travel industry and its various components
* Strong knowledge of destinations, cultures, and customs
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
