**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and driving business growth through your expertise and passion. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, providing quotes, and handling order entry in a timely and efficient manner
* Placing customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales) while influencing arenaflex's gross profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price within certain parameters
* Building customer relationships to drive repeat business by relating to the customer and driving process improvements
* Ordering items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for customers
* Determining the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders
* Partnering with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
* Expediting backorders and handling customer returns
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination
* Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
* Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems, and searching capabilities to find products on the internet
* Product knowledge is preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Experience with CRM software and other business systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
