**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement plans to meet business objectives, and you'll be expected to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
* Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
* Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks
* Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
* Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
* Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
* Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

* Experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or logistics environment
