**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Submission Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times to ensure a seamless experience
* Validating and reviewing paperwork with customers using screen-sharing software to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Submitting accurate paperwork for further review, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Updating and maintaining customer account information as needed, ensuring all records are current and accurate
* Identifying and resolving document issues by validating information, determining the root cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions
* Rebooking appointments if needed to address document issues, ensuring prompt and reliable service to all customers
* Multitasking efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously
* Maintaining a dependable schedule for customer appointments, ensuring prompt and reliable service to all customers
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
* Accessing company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call
* Navigating online efficiently, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
* Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a strong background in call center or office settings
* Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors
* Previous remote work from home experience is a plus
* Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective time-management skills
* Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional
* Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service consistently
* Contributes to team efforts by achieving related results as needed
* Proficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technology

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
As a Customer Service Submission Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
* Starting pay of $14.50/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Paid training of 1 week in length from 7:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri (MST)
* Full-time status with 40 hours per week
