**Essential Qualifications**
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry software, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of market research principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with phone sales techniques and strategies.
