**Key Responsibilities:**
As an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
* Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
* Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and quality targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Schedule:**
* Flexible work schedule options available, including daytime and evening shifts
* Majority of work hours are during weekdays, with opportunities to create a schedule that works best for you
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
**Earnings & Revenue:**
* Contract earnings up to $19 per hour, based on phone call status and performance metrics

**Technology & Equipment Requirements:**
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

* Organized desk area

* Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check
* arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming
**Contractual Relationship:**
* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship
* You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment
* arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex
* When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind
