With a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work from home, you'll have the freedom to manage your work-life balance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses * Helping customers with their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Working with a variety of clients and products, including Fortune 500 companies * Meeting performance metrics and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences **Schedule** We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime. We're open to discussing your availability and creating a schedule that meets your needs. **Earnings & Revenue** As an independent contractor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics. **Required Skills for Success** To be successful as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * A proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software **Technology & Equipment Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences, you'll need: * A quiet and secure work environment during working hours * A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity * Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need: * A quiet, uninterrupted space * An organized desk area **Important Information** * We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. * Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. * We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
