**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, sales teams, and field partners. You'll handle a high volume of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain Gold Standard business relationships. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of brand distribution.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and communications from customers, sales associates, and other customer representatives
* Make outbound calls to resolve issues, follow up on customer interactions, and provide proactive support
* Use computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
* Answer basic inquiries, resolve basic problems, and document issues for future reference
* Actively redirect incoming callers to self-service options and provide alternative solutions
* Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
* Monitor open orders to ensure accurate confirmations and forward warehouse open orders to ensure accurate confirmations
* Handle email requested interactions and perform catalog management maintenance for customer order guides
* Collaborate with sales teams and field partners to resolve customer issues and drive sales growth
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma and 2 years of experience in a customer service function or an associate degree
* Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary, proper grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications
* Ability to easily switch between English and Spanish language to support customer needs
* Must be able to work a variable hour schedule with weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in the foodservice or foodservice distribution industry
* Call center experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
**Technical Requirements**
* Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
* Ability to use computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues

**Compensation and Benefits**
* $14.50 per hour for English Representatives and $15.50 per hour for Bi-Lingual Spanish Representatives
* Up to $300 per month in bonuses every month
