* Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
* Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
* Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
* Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
* Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members.
* Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
**Qualifications**
