Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

- Navigate our computerized system to respond to and/or troubleshoot applicant questions, utilizing your technical savvy to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy when interacting with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
- Become and remain knowledgeable about all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Technical savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, and adapt to changing technology and business needs.
- Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and attention to detail, and adapt quickly to new challenges and priorities.
