Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance to applicants, helping them navigate our application system and complete their applications successfully.
- Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of our applicants' needs and concerns.
- Become and remain knowledgeable about all arenaflex application programs, providing excellent applicant support and ensuring that our applicants have a positive experience with our organization.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to customers or applicants.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and adapt to changing technology and workflows.
- Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, with a deep understanding of and appreciation for diversity and inclusion.
