**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing price quotes, booking reservations, and confirming reservation details. You'll be working with a variety of software tools, including our proprietary system for managing customer information and communication. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
* Provide price quotes, book reservations, and confirm reservation details using our software tools
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone and WhatsApp, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
* Use our proprietary system to manage customer information and communication
* Log in and log off for each shift, ensuring that your hours are accurately recorded
* Reach out to the next agent before your shift ends to ensure a smooth transition
* Communicate ahead of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work flexible weekend and overnight shifts, including 10pm to 5am PST
* Proficiency in using software tools, including our proprietary system for managing customer information and communication
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the private transportation industry or a related field
* Familiarity with luxury vehicles, stretch limos, or other high-end transportation services
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
* Experience using WhatsApp or other messaging platforms for customer communication
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be paid per incoming call, with a starting rate of $4.50 per call. You'll also earn $2.50 per reservation made, with overnight shift call rates of $8.00 per call. In addition to your hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives for meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
