About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. Your expertise and professionalism will be instrumental in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, and upholding the integrity of our financial services. This fully remote position will start after a one-week training period conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM, and you'll be working on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to customers.
- Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process.
- Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing timely resolutions to their inquiries.
