As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing price quotes, booking reservations, and confirming reservation details. You'll be working with a variety of software and tools, including Whatsapp communication, and will be expected to communicate effectively with your colleagues and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support * Use software and tools to take down customer information and manage reservations * Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing * Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives * Log in and log off for each shift, and communicate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition * Reach out to the next agent before your shift ends to ensure they're ready to start * Communicate ahead of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and reservation completion rates **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Proficiency in using software and tools, including Whatsapp communication * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights * Reliable internet connection and a smartphone or laptop/computer for work purposes **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the private transportation industry or a similar field * Familiarity with software and tools used in customer service environments * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using software and tools, including Whatsapp communication * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights * Reliable internet connection and a smartphone or laptop/computer for work purposes * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
