**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound calls from customers seeking price quotes, booking reservations, confirming trip details, and general inquiries
* Accurately inputting customer details into our provided software
* Communicating via WhatsApp and other tools as required
* Logging in and out for your shift consistently and maintaining communication with the team
* Collaborating with other agents while handling calls simultaneously
* Maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times
* Seeking guidance when unsure of how to handle a situation
**Shift Availability**
We're looking for individuals who can commit to weekend and overnight shifts, including:
* Evening Shift (Friday – Sunday): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST (with occasional Tuesday evening availability)
* Overnight Shift (Every Day): 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST
Please note that this position can be worked alongside other non-call/phone-based contracts, but our calls must take priority.
**Compensation**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy competitive compensation rates, including:
* $4.50 per call answered (Evening Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM PST)
* $8.00 per call answered (Overnight Shift: 10 PM – 4 AM PST)
* $2.50 per reservation made (all shifts)
Opportunities for rate increases are based on performance and quality of service.
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A reliable smartphone and laptop/computer (with the ability to quickly navigate software)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to ask for assistance when needed
* A reliable internet connection
* Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)
**Important Notes**
This position should be considered supplemental income rather than a primary job. Call volume fluctuates based on industry seasonality and events – some days may have multiple calls, while others may have none. Overnight shifts are typically slower, which is why we offer a higher payment per call.
