**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, you'll play a critical role in providing effective, courteous customer service to internal and external customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the experience of our clients and their patients. This is a part-time position, and we're looking for someone who can commit to 20-29 hours per week.
**Primary Job Duties**
* Answer patient phone calls, resolving issues in one phone call
* Open ARR inquiries as needed and return phone calls once ARR is answered to resolve issues in one phone call
* Report collection agency payments right away
* Generate correspondence to resolve customer disputes
* Document every phone call
* Accept and perform other work as assigned by Customer Service Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, Regional Business Manager, or Executive Team
**Competencies**
* Customer/Client Focus/Telephone Skills: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients and their patients, and you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
* Technical Capacity: You'll need to be proficient in using computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience with Windows 7 or Windows 10 operating systems.
* Organizational Skills: You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Time-management Skills: You'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet the demands of this role.
**Work Environment**
This is a remote position, and you'll need to have a dedicated workspace with a computer, phone, and high-speed internet connection (at least 20mb). You'll also need to have home or renters' insurance to work remotely.
**Travel**
No travel is expected for this position.
**Required Education and Experience**
* High School education or associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school
* Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* Experience in the medical billing field
* Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10
* Computer software programs in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately
