**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
* Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their needs
* Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and maintain high standards for store appearance
* Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Retail and customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job

* Sales associate or cashiering experience
