**Salary:** £23,400 per annum (opportunities for salary progression within the first year!)
**Hours:** Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, we are also happy to consider part-time hours (please note, although we can be flexible, you will be required to work full-time hours for the initial training period, up to 12 weeks)

**What Will You Be Doing?**
As an integral part of our business, you'll support our customers and advisers with any queries they may have on their application or policy. This role is about understanding the caller's needs and delivering a great outcome, not just getting through calls quickly. We also want you to be an active participant in shaping our business, suggesting ways to improve, and getting involved in our continuous improvement efforts.
