**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, representing our clients' brands and delivering top-notch customer care services. You will be responsible for providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, resolving their queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent customer service abilities and a track record of over-achieving quota
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Customer orientation and ability to respond to diverse customer needs
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
