**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our event exhibitors, providing logistical support and ensuring a successful event experience. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to adapt to competing priorities, juggle customer service inquiries and problem-solving with ease and creativity, and provide exceptional support to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to exhibitor's logistical questions and inquiries via phone, live chat, or email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs.
* Utilize on-the-job training to create a web-based portal for exhibitors to access event-specific information, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity.
* Create and execute exhibitor communications for assigned events, ensuring clear and concise messaging that meets their needs.
* Assist with the collection of sponsorship deliverables for events, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Assist with various tasks ranging from data entry, projects, and other administrative tasks, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an event-driven environment.
* Proven track record of creative problem-solving and ability to think outside the box.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Strong time management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs, with a flexible and proactive approach.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Multicultural experience and/or written and/or verbal multilingual language skills, especially fluent.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
* Familiarity with event management software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
**Work Environment**
arenaflex offers a flexible and hybrid work schedule, with the option to work remotely and enjoy a 2-day-per-week office schedule. While this position reports into our office located in Portland, Maine, we are open to considering fully remote applicants.
