As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences to our patients and referral sources. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming phone calls from patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Accurately enter new patient information into our company computer system, including name, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
* Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance, and generate orders
* Ensure patients and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
* Daily processing of purchase order exception reports
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 3 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in an administrative role
* Call center experience preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Multitasking and organizational skills
* Ability to answer a high volume of calls
* Experience working with computers and data entry
* DME experience preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or communications)
* Experience working in a healthcare setting with a focus on customer service
* Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT)
* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
