**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans. You'll make phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions.
* Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide expert guidance to members.

**Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting.
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications.
