About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) On-Site
We're seeking a talented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare team in Jacksonville, North Carolina. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering expert customer experiences and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing issues and address claims questions/inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Address benefits and enrollment questions/inquiries, providing clear and concise information to customers
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy of customers and maintain confidentiality
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive
- Utilize technology and software to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary
Essential Qualifications:
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A passion for helping others and a strong desire to learn and grow with a global organization
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in customer service or patient advocacy
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Experience with technology and software, including CRM systems and customer service platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
