**Position Summary**
As a Heart-Centered Support team member, you'll serve as a single point of contact for our clients, responding to their service requests and issues in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner. You'll deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call, letter, or email from the client. Your expertise will span a range of topics, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and other routine customer service inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to client service requests and issues in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner
* Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues
* Develop technical acumen to effectively resolve complex issues
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
* Participate in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to drive continuous improvement
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to effectively address client inquiries
**Essential Qualifications**
* Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
* Strong client-facing orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Capability to develop technical acumen, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
* Experience in use of process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
