As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their project. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a lead and workflow management company acquired by Financeit in 2017. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **The Role** We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer requests. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible with an aptitude for learning, understanding, and conveying information.
