**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and needs. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and respectful
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
* Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
* Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school graduate or G.E.D.
* Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Ability to pass a background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a home improvement industry or related field
* Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
