As a full-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your 8-hour day is a journey of delightful interactions, efficient scheduling, and service that stands out. You'll be the go-to expert for customer inquiries, efficiently managing technician schedules, entering crucial customer data, and securing maintenance appointments through outbound calls. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers experience unparalleled service every day.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Efficiently scheduling and coordinating technician appointments
* Entering crucial customer data and maintaining accurate records
* Securing maintenance appointments through outbound calls

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2 years of customer service or dispatching experience
