That's why we've created a culture that values: * Open communication and feedback * Teamwork and collaboration * Employee growth and development * Work-life balance * Fun and camaraderie **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Converting in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery * Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Key Responsibilities** * Answering and responding to customer calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Converting in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments, ensuring customer capture and satisfaction * Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field (preferred) * Valid driver's license required * US work authorization required * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry * Knowledge of residential HVAC and plumbing systems * Bilingual or multilingual skills (desired) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to employee growth and development.
