Our mission is to provide world-class customer service, and we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Remote. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Remote, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across eight different franchises. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound phone calls, booking new appointments, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to think critically. If you're a driven and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound phone calls on a multi-line system, book appointments, and enter necessary information into our system * Book only the jobs the company wants, enter proper notes, and accurate data entry at the time of booking * Continuously check routing to ensure optimization * Collect payments from customers * Respond to all emails promptly and appropriately * Monitor leads and respond promptly * Actively participate in Slack throughout the shift, checking pinned messages at the start of the shift * Take on additional duties without losing focus on inbound calls and customer service * Communicate effectively with field staff as necessary * Monitor Geotab for truck locations * Provide world-class customer service through the entire process * Proactively handle customer issues (phone calls and emails) by investigating complaints and identifying solutions * Escalate customer issues to the manager as necessary **On-Call Responsibilities** * All of the above duties apply to On-Call shifts * Have an iPad on hand and charged for use during the On-Call shift * Respond to Answering Service texts and office emails within 10 minutes of receipt * Maintain a quiet environment to converse with customers * Communicate all necessary items to the manager, next CSR on duty, or field techs as needed **Skills, Knowledge, and Experience** * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively * Possesses patience and the ability to think critically * Ability to communicate in a respectful and friendly manner * Ability to proactively resolve issues as they arise * High school diploma or GED required * 1 year of relevant training and/or experience in the customer service industry preferred * Basic customer service knowledge and abilities preferred **Personal Characteristics** * Driven with strong ambition for problem-solving and perseverance * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn * Positive attitude * Enjoys communicating with customers **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
