Experienced Customer Service Representative I - 1st Shift (Remote) at careerzynith

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance and enjoy the comfort of working from home. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative I, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications teams * Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners * Ensuring accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry, pushing back where necessary * Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases * Developing creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals * Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process * Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales * Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies * Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies **What You Need** To succeed in this role, you will need: * High School Diploma or GED * Two (2) years' relevant work experience * Experience as an account representative or in a similar customer-facing role * Proficiency in Oracle or similar CRM systems **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field * Knowledge of EDI platforms and PO entry processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Compensation and Benefits** careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Hourly rate: $19.58 - $32.04, plus bonus eligibility * Benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Travel Percentage** As a remote employee, you will not be required to travel frequently.
