- Verify the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Develop and implement creative solutions to customer issues, providing exceptional phone support and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Proactively update customers on order status, accelerating the billing process and driving business results
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, researching and resolving issues with sales teams
- Build strong relationships with hospital billing specialists, supporting surgery product usage questions, and following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
- Support Sales Representatives in resolving product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment
