As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online portal access. You'll work closely with our clients' customers to resolve issues, provide education on products and services, and ensure a seamless experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Resolve customer issues with products or services via inbound and outbound calls and emails
* Assist with online portal access, including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshooting
* Schedule appointments and provide customer education on products and services
* Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
* Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality
* Respond to all customer inquiries within a timely manner
* Accurately document customer interactions and maintain productivity and performance standards
* Evaluate the nature of customer issues to determine the proper resolution and utilize internal resources as needed
* Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
**Ideal Candidate**
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
* Prior call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
