We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance team in Redlands, CA. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex cases to senior representatives or management as needed.
- Process customer transactions, including policy changes, cancellations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
