**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
