**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to ensure their needs are met. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to ensure policyholders' needs are met
* Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and phone systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
