With a team of dedicated, like-minded professionals, you will experience a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! You will be handling inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helping customers troubleshoot. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and information * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Functions** * Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License * Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision * Maintain regular and timely attendance * Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard * Ability to manage individual stress/composure * Other duties as assigned **Requirements** * High School Diploma * Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home * Able to Pass a Background Check * Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience * 2 Years of customer Service Experience **Why arenaflex?** Here at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team of trailblazers and visionaries.
